How do I get rid of black gunk in my drains?

In all my drains in my organization, there is this evil black mud accumulated on the everted bowels. Is this mold? I rub the sore inside the drain plug with a toothbrush and rises.

There is nothing you can do the rogue vessel. I forgot what is called (has developed a scientific name), but it is basically a pretty safe bacterial suspension. It feeds some of the ingredients of soap and essential matter.
