pegasus faucets?

 I have a pegasus bathroom faucet brushed nickel Clinch (rather new and expensive)
It looks terrible, all the spots up. Looks like water stains just
the tap, and not something you can just put a cleaner and bleed.

 and deuterium oxide, it could be mineral deposits or water vapor is illogical acid and ate in achieving it.

City water, it could also acidic.

could also be an expensive faucet with a stop at low prices.
