Black granite sinks with a white freestanding bathtub?

 I'll have a new home built. I want a Zen bathroom with granite sink black soot. I'm afraid it does not seem reliable with a white freestanding bathtub. I do not find design ideas or images. What do you call to mind a combination of color account for this?

Granite Sinks vs Stainless Steel?

 We have seen strong granite and granite w/acrylic blend sinks in stores. The prices seem to be a bit more for compressed granite, but not too bad.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of granite sinks vs the orthodox stainless steel ones?
