Installing a one-piece tub/shower in an existing home?

 I am installing this, I noticed that the door to amount was 27, the bathtub, the thicker is 32 ".. Should I separate all the door frames, etc.??

 I bought a one piece shower/tub from Lowes, and it's Aquaglass marque. On the edges of the tub, there's a little lip (flange?) that go completely against the wall. I think you're required to screw through them into the stud, as they are incomplete and not completely finished

 In fact, the tileboard will do just nice with caulking. Check at Lowes and you will find shape (vinyl) made specifically for the bath solicitation. Wood is not a good voice for trimming out a tub.

Installing a new shower faucet and shower curtain rod (rounded to rectangular) over a tub on legs.
